The Copiague Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting at one of it's newest members, Sal Vito Bakery located in the Merrineck Shopping Center on Montauk Highway at the foot of Great Neck Road.
The pastries were absolutely delicious. I had to sample lots of them just so I could report that to you!

Get the fabulous whipped cream cake with the raspberry filling, white cake of course. So light ans not very rich. The breads are great too.
