The Copiague Chamber of Commerce was on hand for the ribbon cutting at the Grand Opening at Enchilada Alegre, at 47 Montauk Highway in Copiague, not far from the Amityville border.The group enjoyed some of the delicious appetizers such as Salbutes, Empanadas, Nachos Mestizos and Hot Wings.
It is right around the corner from the Library. Be sure to stop by.
