Operation Chrismas stocking is sending Christmas Stockings to the troops deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. For more information contact www.BoatsieLongIsland.org.Helping out at the Copiague Tanner Park Senior Center making the stockings to be filled are (l-r) Debbie DePrima, Marge Doyle, Millie Arcieri, Jackie Menna, Janet Hunsucker, Estelle Miller and Mickey Lind.
The JrMCROTC at Lindenhurst High School will be filling the stockings with the generous donations received from the Tanner Park Senior Center and others. Please drop off your filled stockings or donations for the stockings at Century21 AA, 1596 Straight Path (corner of Wellwood Avenue), by November 25, 2007.
You can help a soldier have a happy holiday too.
